We collect the following:

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, the property address or parcel number, and anything else you tell us about the property.
• Public property records: owner name, mailing address, parcel number, assessed value, lot size, zoning and sales history, obtained from county assessors, recorders and licensed data providers.
• Contact information from data providers: phone numbers and email addresses associated with a property owner of record.
• Website information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, collected through standard server logs and cookies.

• To contact you about a property you own and to make you an offer to purchase it.
• To respond to a request you submitted through this website, by phone or by email.
• To research property value, ownership, access, zoning and flood status.
• To send follow-up questions, contract documents and closing updates.
• To keep records required by law and to maintain proof of consent for communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.

We share information only where it is necessary to do business with you:

• Title companies, escrow agents and closing attorneys handling a transaction you are party to.
• The end buyer of a property you have agreed to sell, where the purchase contract is assigned.
• Service providers who operate our systems — customer relationship management, email, telephone and text messaging — and who are contractually restricted to using the information only to provide those services to us.
• Government agencies, or others, where required by law, subpoena, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When we text you

We send text messages only to people who have given us permission to do so — by checking the consent box on this website, by asking us to text them, or by contacting us first about a property.

What we send

Messages relate to your property and our interest in purchasing it: our offer, follow-up questions, contract documents and closing updates. We do not send promotional or marketing content unrelated to your property.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (404) 996-9723 or privacy@coherenceland.com.

After you opt out

We keep your phone number on a suppression list so that we do not text it again. That record exists solely to honor your opt-out and is not used for any other purpose.

Consent is not a condition

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of selling us your property or of receiving an offer. You may decline and still work with us by phone, email or mail.

We call and mail property owners about purchasing their land. If you ask us to stop contacting you by phone or mail, we will add you to our internal do-not-contact list and stop. Email privacy@coherenceland.com or tell us on any call.

We keep transaction records for as long as required by law and by our accounting and tax obligations. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as we operate, because we are required to be able to demonstrate them. Other contact information is deleted on request except where we must retain it.

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
• Opt out of texts (reply STOP), email (use the unsubscribe link), calls and mail.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be posted here before they take effect.
